Here we have the Military Academy. The doors open during the day, and one or two men in uniform stand at the door. This is really close to my school, Lordes. It´s a private school, everyone studies like crazy.
This is a picture of the recycling bins that are all over the city. Chami, I posted this for you. They are huge. Here they also have special separated garbage cans for bottles, trash, and residue (for things that can be put into the soil, ex: banana peels.). The streets are really clean here, and so is the school.
This is a picture of the class infront of the market. It is a fruit and vegetable market, similar to the farmers market only these people are there every day. The fruit from here is GOOD!! Real, fresh and tastey.
Here is a lovely picture of us with the bomberos (firemen) of Valladolid. They were really nice.
I would just like to point out that in this picture we were all in danger of getting hit by a car because we were on the road. It was pretty scare. People are seriously intence drivers here and they mean business when you stand on the road.
This is part of the University or Law. Marina´s brother studies here. It is a really old looking building, but it is cool. There is a legend of the lions, there are these lions just outside the building, that if you count them before you graduate, then you won´t graduate. I can´t remember how many there are, I didn´t count them. The teacher tricked Zara into counting them. It was funny, Zara was mad.
Origionally, Valladolid was the capital of Spain. When the King died and a new one came into
This is the theater. Nothing to fancy to say about it. I have not seen the inside. I would like to, but I probably won´t. Taking this picture, I am stading next to a kiosc. They are like mini-max´s.
This is a picture of us at a Chocolateria. This would be the place to come and get Chocolate con Churros.
That was basically the day. We went to the tourist center and walked alot of streets. Thanks for reading, and thanks for the comments. By the way, I would like to give a shout out to my Aunty Libby...Happy Birthday, April 3rd, I do believe.
